Member of the Pac-12 Championship 4x100 relay team... Placed second in both the 400 meters (45.19) and the 200 meters (20.43) at the Pac-12 Championships... Helped his 4x100 team earn the second fastest time in Oregon history with a finish of 39.39 at the Florida Relays... Took second place in both the 400 meters (45.29) and the 200 meters (21.13) at the Mt.SAC Relays... 2014-15: Outdoor- First team All-American in 400 with a second-place finish in the NCAA Championships (45.59)…Pac-12 Champion in 400 with a time of 45.21 as well as a member of the Pac-12 Champion 4x400 team…4x100 team finished second at the Pac-12 Championships in 39.64 which is fourth in Oregon history…ran a personal best in the 400 at the USATF Championships semifinals, finishing in 44.95…the time ranks second in school history…advanced to the final of the USA Championships where he finished sixth…member of the USA 4x400 team which won a bronze medal at the PanAm games…was a part of the 4x100 team that took first at Oregon Relays (40.14) and the Oregon Twilight (40.29)…was a part of the 4x400 team that placed first at the Pepsi Team Invitational (3:12.30), and first at the Pac-12 Championships (3:05.84), and qualified for the NCAA Championships...anchored the 4x400 team in the NCAA semifinals running a season best time of 3:05.39 which is eighth on the school’s all-time list…ran the 200 once all season at the Trojan Invitational and finished with the 10th-fastest time in school history (20.96)…Indoor- Member of the NCAA Champion DMR team that ran a winning time of 9:30.53 at the NCAA Indoor Championships…set a personal record at Kirby Elite in the 200 (21.39)…moved into fifth place in school history in the 200 with that time…was a member of the 4x400 team that finished first at Kirby Elite (3:08.99) and third at The MPSF Championship (9:27.01)…Season Bests: Outdoor- 200 Meters- 20.96, Trojan Invitational, (3/20/15); 400 Meters: 44.95, USA Championship, (6/26/15). 2013-14: Outdoor – Qualified for the Pac-12 and NCAA Championships...was a member of the 4x100 team that took first at the Oregon Preview (40.46, Aztec Invitational (39.89) and the Oregon Relays (40.67)…took first in the 400 meters at the Oregon Relays…came in eighth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 400m dash (47.42)…took runner up finishes at the Pac-12 Championships in the 4x100 with a mark of 39.76. Indoor – Was a member of the 4x400 team that finished sixth and ran the second fastest time in school history at the NCAA Championships (3:06.51)…picked up another All-America honor with a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay…took first as a member of the 4x400 team at the Don Kirby Elite meet (3:06.78)…was also a part of the 4x400 team that took first at the MPSF Championships (3:06.99)…Season Bests – Outdoor – 200 Meters – 21.28, Pepsi Dual, Eugene, Ore., (4/5/14); 400 Meters – 46.88, Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore., (4/19/14); 800 Meters – 2:02.81, Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore., (3/22/14).
Prep: Two-time 3A Washington champion in the 200 meters and 400 meters, winning in 2012 as a junior and 2013 as a senior…was named the Gatorade Athlete of the Year in Washington as a senior…2013 National champion in the 400 after winning at the U.S. Juniors in Des Moines, Iowa…also competed at the 2013 Pan-Am Games where he was a gold medalist in the 4x400 relay and took fourth in the 400…holds school records in the 200 and 400 at Foss HS…his time of 46.32 is the second-fastest in WIAA history… high school bests: 200 – 21.05; 400 – 46.18.
