Fall Season Begins Monday For Women's Golf

LAKE ELMO, Minn. - The Oregon women's golf team will kick off the 2026-27 season on Monday at the 2026 ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M at Royal Golf Club.Â
The Ducks are entering their ninth season under head coach Derek Radley. During his tenure, Oregon has racked up 12 team victories, 22 runner-up finishes and 63 top-five showings in 82 stroke-play tournaments while reaching the NCAA semifinals or better in three of the last five years.Â
Oregon goes into 2026-27 with a new-look roster after three-time, first-team all-American and No. 1 ranked amateur in the world Kiara Romero earned her LPGA Tour card over the summer. The Ducks have four players back from 2025-26 while also bringing in four newcomers.Â
Junior Tong An is back for her third season in the program after earning all-Big Ten first team honors as a sophomore. She is joined by fellow returners Darae Chung, Shyla Singh and Annika Ishiyama, who all contributed for the Ducks at various times in 2025-26.Â
Radley turned to the transfer portal for a pair of additions, bringing in Trinity Beth (Georgia) and Catherine Rao (Princeton). Beth was an SEC all-freshman selection in 2026 following a terrific spring season for the Bulldogs, and Rao has been ranked as high as No. 33 in the world and was the unanimous Ivy League Player of the year in 2024-25.Â
The Ducks also brought in the two highly-touted freshmen who made up Golfweek's No. 1 ranked recruiting class in 2026 - Prim Prachnakorn and Celina Yeo. A Thailand native, Prachnakorn is a top-50 player in the world who racked up 11 wins and 25 top-10 finishes since 2024. Yeo was Golfweek's No. 2 ranked player in the class and the top-ranked recruit according to Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Yeo and Beth will be in Oregon's first lineup of the season, along with returners An, Singh and Ishiyama. Ishiyama will be the first Duck off the tee on Monday beginning at 6:30 a.m. PT.Â
