Ducks Look Strong at Dennis Rizza Classic

EUGENE, Ore. - The Dennis Rizza Intercollegiate Classic at the Jack Kramer Club in Rolling Hills, Calif. wrapped up on Sunday after a strong weekend by the Ducks.
Day one of the tournament brought wins for the Ducks, with Breazu, Luemkemann and Errey advancing to the next round of play. Breazu picked up the first win of the day, going 6-3, 6-0 against Niels Hoffman of Southern California. Errey picked up a 6-3, 6-2 win over Emmett Potter of Utah. Luemkemann gave up the first set to Tristan Bradley of Southern California, but came back to win in three, 5-7, 7-5, 6-4.
Saturday's action was cut short due to rain, leaving limited time to get matches in on Sunday. Breazu and Errey both picked up wins when play resumed Sunday. Breazu left with a 3-6, 7-6(2), 6-2 victory over UCSB's Lucca Liu and Errey defeated Charlie Underwood from UCSB 3-6, 7-6(3), 6-4.
