Mould Wins Twice on Day Two at UNLV

LAS VEGAS – Freshman Lillian Mould picked up a pair of victories, one each in singles and doubles play, to lead the way for Oregon on day two of the UNLV Invitational Saturday at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

How it Happened: Mould started off her day by picking up an 8-4 win in consolation doubles play, partnered with Myah Petchey to beat Hsuan Yu and Rachel Lee of UNLV. The freshman then went on to sweep Colorado's Tallulah Farrow with a dominant 6-2, 6-3 win. In the Ducks' other consolation doubles match, Taryn Fujimori and Madisen Olsen knocked off UNLV's Jasmine Rich and Madison McKay, 8-3.

In Oregon's other singles match, freshman Madisen Olsen dropped a three-setter in the second round of flight four of singles play, 6-2, 3-6, 6-2. Olsen was the only Duck to advance to the second round of singles play after picking up a win on Friday.
