Postgame Quotes
-----------------------------------------------------
Oregon Head Coach Dana Altman
On tonight's game…
“At times I thought we played pretty well. At other times defensive pressure wasn't very good. I was disappointed with 18 turnovers. Tony (Tony Woods) did some good things prtoecting the basket and using some offensive moves. Arsalan (Arsalan Kazemi) did a nice job on the baords. All in all, we did some good things. We did the important thing: win the game.”
On the amount of Oregon turnovers…
“Ball movement wasn't there. Guys were being aggressive individually but overall it wasn't good offensively. A lot of them (turnovers) were careless tonight.”
On the future of this team…
“I anticipated it would take a long time to put these guys
together and it's going to. We have to have some really good practices in the
next week to get ready for Las Vegas.”

Senior Forward E.J. Singler
On the difference between this year's team and last year's team…
“I think our team has started better than in the past. We
still have a lot of work to do, but the freshmen came in willing to learn and
wating to get better. They picked up our offense pretty fast and the seniors
have helped make their transition fast.”

Senior Center Tony Woods
On upcoming games…

On his performance tonight…
“It was a big game. I was able to have a big game offensively and help the team defensively.”
