No. 20-ranked Sven Swinnen logged UO's only point Sunday with a win at No. 1 singles over No. 32-ranked Alex Vlaski, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. The Duck senior raised his record to 19-3 on the season, and Sunday was the fourth time this season he prevented UO from being shutout with its lone singles victory.
Swinnen also teamed with Liao for a 9-7 win at No. 3 doubles over UW's Christoph Palmonshofer and Mike Ricks.
The rest of UO's losses were straight-set affairs, although senior Manuel Kost pushed No. 37-ranked Palmonshofer to a 7-6 second-set tiebreaker (2).
Sunday's match lowered UO's record to 7-6 on the season and counted as a non-conference effort, with their April 16 home rematch vs.
