Mark Ruckwardt

Mark Ruckwardt joined the University of Oregon athletic department in July 2003 and works as an associate athletic director overseeing all human resources functions. He also assists in game day responsibilities for a number of teams in the department.
Prior to becoming part of the athletic department, Ruckwardt worked for nearly 10 years in professional baseball as an assistant general manager or general manager with multiple minor league clubs.
A native of Cottage Grove, Ore., Ruckwardt earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Gonzaga University in 1990. He later earned his MBA from the University of Oregon in 2002.
