Kari VanOrsdel

Kari VanOrsdel joined the Oregon athletic department in August 2014 and works as the director of food operations in the football operations building.
Prior to earning her role in the athletic department, VanOrsdel worked for 18 years for the University of Oregon food service department. She spent 13 years as the football training table food service manager and three years as the manager for Puddles Espresso Café and Bakery.
Before her time at Oregon, VanOrsdel spent 17 years as an assistant manager for ARA Food Service Management Schools and Colleges Division in Renton, Wash.
VanOrsdel graduated from Oregon State in 1978 with a degree in nutrition and general dietetics.
