Hayden Kupsh joined the Oregon Athletics department as the assistant director of marketing, student and community engagement in September 2024, where she oversees student initiatives, community outreach, and the football pregame fan fest in the Moshofsky Center.
She previously spent two years as a graduate assistant at Tulane University where she oversaw all marketing efforts for the women’s basketball and baseball programs. Prior to Tulane, Kupsh spent three seasons with the Green Bay Rockers of the Northwoods Collegiate Baseball League, overseeing in-game entertainment.
She graduated in 2022 from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a B.S. in Sport Management. During her time in Wisconsin, she worked game days with the Green Bay Packers as a part of their Pack Attack promotions team. She also has a M.S. in Sport Studies from Tulane University.
