- Director of Olympic Sports Equipment
Donovan Rogers currently serves as the Director of Olympics Sports Equipment for the University of Oregon. In this role, Donovan oversees the fitting, distribution, and maintenance of equipment—managing budgets, contracts, and daily operations for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Women’s Golf, among many other departments.
He also coordinates the packing and transportation of equipment for road games, applying his expertise in both air and ground travel logistics, and travels with teams as needed, including during postseason competition. Beyond his primary responsibilities, Donovan is an active member of the Athletic Department’s Sustainability Committee, contributing to efforts that promote environmental responsibility within Oregon Athletics.
Before assuming his current role, Donovan served as an Equipment Manager Intern and later as an Assistant Equipment Manager at both the University of Oregon and the University of Colorado Boulder.
A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, Donovan earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Community Communications and Leadership Development, along with a minor in Communications.
