Armando Campos joined the athletic medicine staff in 2023. Campos is currently responsible for managing the healthcare of the women’s soccer team. Prior to his time at Oregon, Armando served as an athletic trainer at James Madison University, where he worked with the football and men's golf programs.
Armando earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College in 2019. He went on to earn his master’s degree from the University of Oregon in human physiology in 2021. During his time at UO he served as a graduate employee, working with football and acrobatics and tumbling programs.
Armando completed his bachelor's degree at Florida Southern College in 2019, and he continued his education at the University of Oregon, where he earned his master's degree in human physiology in 2021. During his time at UO, Armando served as a graduate employee athletic trainer the football and acrobatics and tumbling programs.
Armando’s professional interests include exploring new manual therapy methods and rehabilitation techniques to better provide care for our student-athletes. He enjoys frequently collaborating with other athletic trainers at UO, within the PAC12, and NCAA to share best practices. Armando is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
A native of Maitland, Florida, Armando enjoys getting outside and playing sports as well as trying new foods.
